How to be a member

Create an account by clicking the Sign up link and providing the necessary information to complete the form. This will save you the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since your information will be saved securely on our site. Once your account is created, you can start shopping.

How to order

1. Log in to your account.

2. Browse and search for products you want to buy.

3. Add products to your shopping cart.

4. Once you’re done, click the checkout button to proceed with payment (choose from the different payment options).

5. Wait for your order number for reference.

6. For PayPal payments, wait for the payment confirmation from PayPal.

    For Bank Deposits, we will check via online banking if payment has been made and you can also email us your deposit slip for identification purposes.

7. Once payment has been made, we will change the status of your order in the Orders link in our website.

  • How much is the shipping fee?

    YEF will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

    For orders within Metro Manila = PHP 70

    For orders outside Metro Manila = PHP 110

    If available, tracking numbers and relevant links like order status can be found in the Orders Link on our website.

    Some shipments may be returned to YEF for reasons such as incorrect shipping address, or failed delivery attempts by the courier provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable). When we receive undelivered shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur reshipment fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.


    How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    For Metro Manila, it usually takes 2~3 working days. For Provincial orders, it usually takes 3~5 working days. This may vary depending on different circumstances.

    Do you ship internationally?

    No. For now, we only ship to the Philippines.


Can I return or exchange a product that I ordered?

Yes.  YEF strives to provide customers with the best service. But in the event that we send you a defective or incorrect item, we accept returns and exchanges (subject to product availability). Returns are processed in accordance with our Return Policies.

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns and exchanges.

We accept returns or exchanges if:

1. You received a defective product.

2. You received an incorrect product.

YEF will give you a refund if the defective claim or mistake is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective or incorrect items are returned in its original packaging. We will return your payment in cash through bank deposit or through credit card reversal within 7 working days upon clearing our inspection.

Exchanges will be subject to product availability. You may also opt to exchange with a different product or products of the same price. If the product is available, we will ship the replacement item within seven (7) working days upon clearing our inspection. If the product is unavailable, we can give you a refund.

How can I return or exchange a defective or incorrect item?

1. Please send us an email within five (5) calendar days upon receipt of defective or incorrect item using our website’s contact form and provide the following information:

                  a. Order Number

                  b. User ID

                  c. Date of Receipt of Item

                  d. Item Brand/Item Kind or Name/Quantity/Color

                  e. Reason for Return or Exchange (Please indicate if it’s a Return or Exchange).

2. Wait for our email with instructions on what to do next.

3. When sending a product for Return or Exchange please include the necessary information and the “Order List” that is included in every purchase on the return parcel for us to identify your purchase and for a smooth process.

4. Product must be in its original packaging upon return.

5. All refunds are processed within seven (7) working days once the returned products clear our inspection.


It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
